About
Why philosophy, and why now.
I started in philosophy, learning to ask better questions before reaching for answers. Business became the field where I put that training into practice: reading systems, connecting weak signals and turning complexity into decisions.
Experience
Built before it was taught.
From 2001 to 2014, I led communication and marketing across international markets.
Living and working abroad taught me to read markets from both sides: as someone entering them and someone communicating into them.
In 2015, I founded E-Italy, an international ecommerce and marketplace project for Made in Italy products. While building and running it, I also began advising companies and training professionals on digital strategy, ecommerce and international growth.
This parallel experience shaped the way I work today: I advise and teach from direct experience, having built, tested and made the decisions myself.
Method
How I work
I use the same lean matrix across every context:
Objective → Analysis → Strategy → KPI Control → Decision
The context changes. The method does not. My role is not to help organizations do more, but to help them see what is worth doing.

Perspective
Why this matters now
In the age of AI, information is abundant; judgment is scarce.
Better tools do not produce better decisions on their own. My work is to make complexity understandable, discussable, measurable and actionable.
